It may be described as the correction of an under-functioning central nervous system (CNS).

From conception to approximately 14 months of age a fertilized egg will develop into a walking, talking, thinking being with control of limbs and eyes, able to manipulate the things with which it comes into contact.

Many primitive reflexes are tested for at birth and it is automatically assumed that they will inhibit naturally, to allow the postural reflexes to develop, as they should. If they do not, and there are many reasons why this may not happen (complications during pregnancy or labour, illness and very often it may be hereditary), then the imbalance can lead to a need to compensate.

As with every form of compensation, there is a price to pay. This may show as an educational, psychological, emotional or behavioural problem.

Intelligence is not a factor; many sufferers are of above average intelligence.

If, after an Initial Consultation, treatment is appropriate, the next step is to arrange a Diagnostic Assessment which will take approximately two hours.  Most children find it enjoyable and fun.

The programme is explained and will start immediately.  Progress will be appraised at four weekly intervals.

The programme is carried out at home and should take no more than fifteen minutes, twice a day.

This drug free, non-invasive therapy   improves dysfunction and, therefore, allows true potential to be reached. Beneficial results can be expected in three to six months in children. I also help Adults. Complete remediation depends, of course, on the severity of the problem.
